About
I did not arrive at this work through theory.
Inner Alchemy emerged as I began to live differently.
There was a time when much of my awareness moved through relational adaptation — attuning outward, shaping myself in response to others, holding space in ways that were necessary but not fully my own.
Over time, something quieter began to reorganize me.
Silence stopped feeling like absence.
It became orientation.
Precision became essential — not as control, but as integrity.
What is actually happening here?
What is perception?
What is projection?
What is true?
This shift changed how I work.
Inner Alchemy grew from that evolution.
It is not separate from my own ongoing inquiry.
I do not position myself above the process.
I am devoted to it.
For over two decades, I have worked at the intersection of consciousness, embodiment, trauma-informed awareness, and intuitive development.
But the deeper refinement came through lived practice — through unlearning adaptation and inhabiting my own ground more fully.
This work continues to evolve me.
And that is precisely why I can hold it with others.
Inner Alchemy is not about becoming someone new.
It is about landing more fully as who you are — and allowing identity to reorganize from there.
If you feel that edge in yourself, I understand it.
