There was a time when I thought of mudra as a sacred gesture of the hands. A shape that carried meaning. A way of directing energy. I no longer think that is untrue. But I no longer think it is the deepest truth.

There is a voice we discover by becoming more honest. There is another that appears when the need to become someone begins to soften. This is an inquiry into that second threshold and into the wild, ungoverned voice that also lives in silence.

What begins as something deeply personal… the recognition that “I matter” can, when truly allowed, open beyond the individual and soften the sense of separation.
